Mazuma voted best mobile recycling firm by consumers

The average consumers who voted in the Mobile Choice Consumer Awards 2015 selected Mazuma as being the nation’s favourite phone recycling organisation, with a number of benefits highlighted by respondents and industry experts alike.
As well as being one of the UK’s higher profile recycling services, thanks to its TV ad campaigns, Mazuma was praised for its commitment to paying customers exactly the amount they were originally quoted for their unwanted handsets.
Furthermore, the availability of a comprehensive explanation of how customers can get rid of any personal data from their old phones, before sending them for recycling, makes Mazuma a good choice for those who are not especially well versed in the world of tech.
As well as paying customers promptly following the receipt of their phones, Mazuma is also known for the impressive amount of positive feedback it has received from satisfied service users.
Although it won out in the end, Mazuma is not the only mobile phone recycling company which was shortlisted for the main prize in this year’s Mobile Choice awards.
Network providers, EE and O2, were both recognised for their in-house recycling schemes, with both companies seen as trustworthy by consumers because of the strength of their existing brands.
Envirofone was also pinpointed as offering something unique for its users. In fact, it is one of the few firms to offer special delivery for valuable old mobile phones without charging customers for the privilege, with sturdy packaging ensuring that all devices arrive in the best possible condition.
Consumers may have selected Mazuma as the top mobile recycling firm of the year, but there are so many reputable rivals on the market that it makes sense to compare quotes and get the best price for your used handset.
